As of March 20, 2006 the Hampton Roads Speed Team (HR SPEED) is a Non-Profit Public Charity established by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501 (c) (3). 

Any donation or sponsorship granted to the Hampton Roads Speed Team is Tax deductible.
