Speed skating introductory lessons will be conducted every Saturday morning from 8:30 - 10am. Speed skating lessons provide all ages with the opportunity to learn the basics of inline speed skating while getting great exercise and having a lot of fun racing!

Graduates from the introductory speed skating program will be eligible to practice and compete with the Hampton Roads Speed Team!
