Members of the Hampton Roads Speed Team are encouraged, though not required, to participate in skating competitions with their team mates.  The following dates are the Speed Skating Meet dates and locations for this season: 

May 14-16: Southeastern Regionals - Hickory, NC

July 4-9: Indoor National Championships - Lincoln, NE
