Members of the Hampton Roads Speed Team are encouraged, though not required, to participate in skating competitions with their team mates.  The following dates are the Speed Skating Meet dates and locations for this season: 

January 9: League Meet - Concord, NC

February 17-20: Blue Ridge Challenge Invitational - Roanoke, VA

March 17-20 or 25-27: St. Patty's Day Invitational - Atlanta, GA

April 3: League Meet - Chesapeake, VA

May: Southeastern Regionals - Greensboro, NC

July 17-23: Indoor National Championships - Fort Wayne, IN
